Brussels is the most congested city for drivers in Europe, according to a study by TomTom.

The Dutch automotive systems manufacturer said drivers are faced with traffic delays on over 37.7% of Brussels’ main roads every day.

TomTom’s study was based on how fast the motorists can travel on a city’s road network.

Traffic was defined as congested if the drivers were moving at 70% or less, according to itsinternational.com.

Warsaw, Wroclaw, London and Edinburgh are the other top five most gridlocked cities in Europe, the study said.
