Iteris has released its VantageLive!, a Cloud-based solution that offers intersection data analytics services. 

The company claims that the new solution will be useful for transport agencies and will change the way they view multimodal data from intersection infrastructure. 

VantageLive! has the potential to capture all activities on the intersection and analyses vehicles, bicycles and pedestrian data. In addition, the solution will present it to the user and store it in Iteris detection infrastructure. 

By using the multimodal data percentages and peak hour summary reports, traffic engineers will be able to optimise signal timing at the intersections in order to improve signal efficiency, as well as enhance the safety of pedestrians and bicyclists.

VantageLive! has the ability to use agency’s existing network of connected intersection systems and collects data through Iteris Vantage platforms and sends it to the Iteris advanced analytics engine in the Cloud for processing, and the data can be accessed by the concerned authorities via a web browser.
