Amaro (Udine, Italy), 31 October 2006 – The inauguration ceremony of the new Eurotech headquarters will be taking place on the 31st October 2006 at 11am. The new building has been developed to house the executive and marketing offices (for the strategic management of the group) and the research and development laboratories (for hardware, firmware and software). The new building has been located next to the existing production and warehouse facilities.
The inauguration will be attended by dignitaries such as Mr Roberto Siagri (Eurotech president and CEO), Mr Silvano Tomaciello (Mayor of Amaro), Mr Alberto Felice De Toni (President of Agemont), Mr Renzo Tondo (President of COSINT) and Mr Riccardo Illy (President of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region).
The new building, which covers more than 2,000m2, has been developed with the environment in mind. For example, Eurotech have installed a photovoltaic array system, comprising 108 solar panels, capable of developing 23,800 kWh of electricity. This will save 12,614Kg of CO2 emissions per year, in line with Eurotech’s philosophy, ‘New technologies for a better world’.
