Saskatoon – International Road Dynamics (IRD) announced today that that it has been awarded a C$1 million contract renewal by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation to operate and maintain new and existing traffic monitoring systems (TMS) at up to 100 locations statewide. The general scope of the contract includes data collection and systems validation, preventative and emergency maintenance, new construction and site renovations of traffic monitoring systems.
IRD’s traffic data collection expertise and experience allows its customers to receive a complete service and maintenance package from one vendor. IRD offers design, manufacturing, installation, data collection, post-processing, report generation and maintenance of traffic data collection systems.
Mr Terry Bergan, IRD’s president and chief executive officer, commented: “We are pleased that Oklahoma has renewed its contract with IRD, extending our almost 20-year relationship with the state.
