BRAUMS Pty Ltd is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding agreement to purchase the business and assets of KVM Traffic Services (KVM) from Licola Cape Pty Ltd.
With partner company ATC (Aldridge Traffic Controllers Pty Ltd), the acquisition of KVM Traffic Services will further expand BRAUMS substantial commitment to become the leading supplier of traffic control products and ‘ITS’ solutions to the Queensland market.
KVM Traffic Services has operated in Queensland since 1991 as a supplier of a wide range of traffic control products to the traffic engineering and road construction industries. KVM Traffic Services staff have extensive knowledge and experience of the industry and products, with a combined total of 60 years involvement. BRAUMS is also pleased to advise that the founder of KVM, Ken Maynard will continue to run the business as general manager.
KVM Traffic Services will be warehousing and supplying the complete range of the BRAUMS LED lanterns, pedestrian detectors, and associated traffic signal hardware, together with ATC’s, ATSC4 Signal Controller, associated products and services.
The KVM office and warehouse will remain located at Warana on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
